    Positive, Great experience! The Japanese-style room was spacious and clean. The public baths were nice, and I loved wearing the yukata around the place. Breakfast was amazing with traditional dishes. The view from the bath was beautiful! 😊

    Beautiful room, lovely gardens, with a nice public bath that provided a relaxing experience after long days of exploring. the dining experience offered a delicious traditional-style breakfast that was a delightful start to our mornings.

    The newly renovated room had an amazing view, and the tatami mats felt super authentic! the friendly staff were always there to help, which was awesome. the shuttle service was a lifesaver for getting around, but the check-out time came way too early for my liking.

    My renovated room was spacious with a delightful tatami area. The hospitality was fantastic, especially the friendly staff who really went the extra mile for us. Plus, I loved the serene garden view!

    However, getting there felt like training for an Olympic event! A taxi or bus is necessary—might as well pack your hiking boots!

    Family with children, kind of a mixed bag

    Had a warm reception from the staff who were really hospitable and accommodating. The kaiseki dinners were beautifully served and a nice surprise for my taste buds, just like they say, you really can't go wrong with Japanese cuisine.

    It wasn't cheap, but the experience felt decent overall.
